"Jesus said to them, 'Feed my sheep.'" (John 21:17)
Part of being a Catholic Christian means being not only conscious of but also active in the need to reach out to others and, in one way or another, bring the message of salvation to all. That occurs by what we do, what we say, and how we live our lives.
Among those ways are helping those who are less fortunate than we are—and showing them the same love and concern that Jesus modeled while he was with us so many years ago—through actions and behaviors that are so clearly described in the gospels themselves.
